Do you think the increased growth is a result of warmer temps on the mound or the worked loose dirt vs notill for the surrounding plants
My guess its the warmer temps on the mound due to the lack of residue cover. The reason i say that is that there is area's close to the mound where there is some residue missing that is as far along as the plants on the mound. They don't show up in the pictures, i will take pictures of that when i revisit the field. |
