You forget about the rent that comes along with 250 bushel corn ground. Almost all we farm is very good ground along with a hefty rent check. Have one farm with a 125 corn APH and beans at 30. Guess which farm pencils better this year. The poor farm with the much lower rent. Be careful what you wish for.
