First picture looks like "flaring up" aka nitrogen moving out of the lower leaves to feed the ear. No disease there.
Second picutre is most likely from pollen getting into the collar of the leaf and just causing a small fungal growth (maybe) from the rotten pollen. Nothing to worry about.
