Not if they have livestock buildings next to the piece that sold or could use some more acre to grow their feed instead of buying corn. You might be able to buy the grain for less than cop now but will that always be the case? What if they need somewhere to put manure? These aren't things aren't easy to calculate a roi on but they are considerations to be made
