Elizabethtown,KY | Mutt, that's the way it is here in KY, we are always 2 weeks away from a flood or a drought. After an extremely wet spring we finally started planting corn on Apr 27th and finished on 5-6, finished beans around May 20th, since then we have barely been squeaking by on moisture, last night and today we have had 1.3" out of Bill and they had called for rain every day this week, had 1/4" Monday. They had called for 3-4" earlier this week, but it all went North of us until yesterday and today. I'm just thankful to have this much! | |
