But why don't you fix your soils so they don't crust.
Crusting is a management scenario in my book. Similar to applying a residual to prevent a massive waterhemp population.
I planted on Thursday Friday and a plot on Saturday. Got rain on Saturday, 3" on Sunday, 1.5" on Tuesday and has rained 8 out of 9 days. I have no worries about crusting. | |
