Subject: RE: Going Organic

barry county mi
1066 Ive never used organic hen or turkey manure and all my acres are cert organic and Ive used 1000s of tons of turkey manure, I believe you cant use any that has arsenic in it. I farmed in eastern ohio years ago and had contour strips on the hills Id really have lots of trouble culavating rows that turn ,straight rows much easer to culavate . My k levels have increased as years have progress and they have decressed in some cases as my base sateration has balanced pretty much everywhere now. you sound like a knowageable soil person. It is much either to get to 100% organic or all out . cant tell about the stering satalight stuff. good luck archie
