Houston County, GA | Out of all of these I would pick the different brand of seed. I like a landlord who is not very worried about what you're doing, difference between "mining land" and being bossy towards the lessee farmer. Keep the place looking good and strictly just rent or lease. It is neat to socialize with an old farmer, but people who want to tell you what and how to do things just cause a head butt. | |
