We have a been through our share of hours on 64xx series tractors. Only major problems have been in the fuel pump/fuel lines. I wouldn't call them extreme though. Ours have seen their fair share of drawbar, 3 pt, and pto work and haven't skipped a beat. I hope the 6R series that they are replacing them with will be as reliable 20 years from now.
