NC Indiana | Would only need 20 ft here for CRP, but since the law passed that the first 16.5 ft is mandatory, we couldn't pay on it. We've run into that on some drainage ditch projects the were put in as federal government projects that required grass right of ways for inspections. New owners killed the grass, then found out they couldn't do that and tried to get CRP to pay for it. | |
