With over twenty in of rain since the first of May tennant wants out of his payment.I feel like this is what he has ins for if you wanna play you gotta pay
I read some of the posts, and I assume you got 100% of the cash rent payment up front.
He is in for the year, as all farmers are this year. Insurance is there for a reason. It should
pay his expenses. You have expenses also.
Certainly don't let him have any slack, he is under contract. |
