I did every year I did better than expected. I do think the guy should pay the rent for the year but landowners have gotten greedy and in many cases stupid. A few farmers find this to be an opportune time to pick up land by paying a big price milking the land for a couple years then asking for lower rent in the near future. We all see it coming
