Looks like maybe you should have been shopping for a new guy before this year that would farm it with respect For the land. A lot of times big cash rent ends up in land being mine out and washed down the creek. With these prices and some of this cash rented the land is what will lose out for many landowners. You can bet a lot last of contract land will see little or no fertilzer. Its going to be a few turf years for the land owner and tenants until production cost gets back in line. Here in Ohio with land taxes going crazy for the landlords crazy seed fertilzer and equipment cost every one gotta give to stay in business
