![](michigan) michigan | I was at the wheat meeting this winter and seems like one of the speakers didn't worry to much about PM as they never thought it was a big yield robber.
To raise good wheat, it needs good management from before the seed hits the ground. The way you describe your love of wheat I think powdery mildew will be the least of your concern. A few weeks before harvest I would not start throwing money at it.
Raising wheat makes my hair fall out, but I really like growing it and its a good rotation crop. Good luck! | |
