NCND | Put that hensler page on your bookmarks and watch them. They usually lead in basis changes and discount premium changes from what I have seen. If you see a basis pop in hensler it usually will happen locally a few days to week later.
Last fall when discounts started to move they had had the lowest discounts all summer then they started to move about 5 days in front of up here. Got a lot of low protein moved in that time window ahead of steepening discounts here.
I check their site before I check any local sites daily just because it seems they are a tell. | |
