..with the government paying for part of your insurance...there is no possible way a tenant could be "screwed to the wall" by a landlord. If the tenant made a deal...they should have put safety nets in play that would have prevented it. It's not the landlords fault it's raining....and they spent damn good money paying for that land in the first place. If you don't want to subject yourself to the liability of paying rent...then as a renter you should aspire to be a land owner. oh I agree 100%.. but maybe renters will wake up and stop bidding away all the profits without considering the risk in farming........if he cut the guy just a little slack here he may get more down the road is my point. |
