OP never said what rent or yield amounts might be yes, not that the tenant needs to get off the hook - but, There are many farmers that are simply too big to get everything planted, when the weather doesn't cooperate. They get some planted, but some doesn't get planted. The tenant needs to own up to his agreements and liabilities . . . . . tenant sounds like another "welfare" farmer. |
