Many 3500 bu govt bins have been moved in a similar fashion. A crane of some sort lifting on a truck tire under the fill hole to pick it up.Then set it on a Donahue or similar low profile trailer, strap it down and be careful of power lines.A 1000 bu bin would be a walk in the park.
