Saronville NE | I'm in same boat got 225-240 bu ground that will be lucky to make 175 this yr, drowned out spots, N leaching, it is ugly, worst looking corn I've ever had in my life. Over 20 inched of rain in last 40-45 days, the cream is gone. Am I going to ask for less rent? Not anymore this yr but pry will next yr.
I know for a fact that this rain has cost me over 200k already that ins won't cover, but it's outa our control so you hope things get better and the bank gives ya another yr.
Know crop scout made comment other day due to all this rain and how bad our area looks that he has never seen so many depressed guys and how many have idc attitude right now.
