Better would be if this landowner would say, "You know what, this farm of mine has always needed tile and now is the perfect time to do it. You leave it unplanted Mr. Tenant and pay the rent but I will have the ditcher in and system drain it so its really worth what you've been paying all these years. And then from now on water wont be such an issue." | |
