A few years like this one and the pricing thing will change.You can only run at a loss for soo long !If the ground won't support a rent the land owner demands walk away, yes someone else will rent it, but if it won't support the rent then it will just keep changing hands and the land owner will lose because he will end up with some worthless mined ground that will only grow weeds. | |
