Landlords have gotten big checks from $7 corn and now it's $3 and haven't herd of rents willing coming down like they went up.
Farmers have gotten greedy and bid out all the profit in cash renting land for the farmer. So it's self inflicted...
To make a fair judgement we need to know the APH of the land.
Also Cash rent amt.
How long has farmer been farming this land.
Is there a written lease.
Would you settle if he paid the prevent plant payment amt to you vrs the rent amount?
