I would be more concerned about the ruts than the N being unavailable. The only time its not available is if its not there at all. And if it gets dry enough to be an issue when applied into plenty moisture, you'll have the issue regardless how the moisture was when applied.
I agree. Mudded it all the 28% on this year, pulled out of fields half done to find something else, etc. Caused a lot of compaction, but corn isn't going to grow without it and it's been raining everyday again.
