I don't think the Amish are going to sue anyone.  At least the Amish around here would not.

I would think that if Josh contacted the Amish Bishop in that area, that some results will happen.  I think the Bishop is going to have more influence in the Amish community than will the State Police.  Maybe I'm wrong, but that is what I would expect.
