Probably not Nh3 damage. Probably the "good" looking corn is over the knife track and has been able to use the N and the off color is far enough off the track and because of cool, wet weather has not grown enough root system to use it.

I have found, here, more often than not, in these conditions, that is what is happening. If it is notill, go look and find out where the track is and where the good corn is. Then you will have your answer. That is how we found this out here.
