I am also a partime farmer and have done dryer service work in the past, I can tell you that a grain dryer would be the last thing I'd want, way to much to go wrong especally with an older dryer. If you where gonna do it and not be around to babysit newer electronics would be a must even then there is no fail safe that is %100. Constant supervision is the only way.
Educate me on small grain dryers.
