We weld threaded slugs to the corner posts when we put in cab kits. It takes two 3-4 inches apart to give you a solid mount. Normally put two sets on right rear (top and bottom); and one set low on right front. Make sure you use a drilled strap for a pattern so you can get them all spaced uniformly.
