As far as I can see them stamps have lost everything.
This nothing more than a waste of time and is extreme foolishness .
More guilty in all this mess is the bank that would extend this.amount of money.
I see your point. I think the bankers that reviewed their loans should at a minimum be fired for incompetence-they should have been able to do due diligence and find the fraud. However if she knowingly filed fraudulent financial statements that is a crime, you can't just let her off because it blew up in her face. |
