Vicksburg MI 49097
150 farmer - 5/26/2015 23:43

So, what happened to him? Has he been sentenced yet?
I don't think that Mike Stamp has been charged yet. 3 Employees or Relatives have Plead Guilty plus his wife Melissa has plead guilty.. They say they always work their way up the Ladder to the Big Fish to build a stronger case..

Maybe they have tracked down some Corn he sold to the Anderson's that was Wells Fargo Collateral ..

In the Case of Pilot and Flying J Fuel Tax Rebate Scheme .. they convicted several Employees that were involved with the Fuel Tax rebate Scam ... they Refunded around 70 Million dollars to Truckers and Pilot paid around a 70 Million Fine supposedly to avoid Persecution.

The way I look at that is the Federal Government managed to Extort an extra 70 Million out of Pilot and Flying J as a Penalty for their wrong doing .. but so far they have not Proven that Jimmy Haslam was aware of the Fuel Tax Rebate scheme. Many think that he was aware of it..

It seems that Pilot and Flying J are doing OK they are expanding and building new Locations ect..
