Have fun in Canada! I used to go on lots of fishing trips with drew but not much travel anymore for us because my wife worked hard to buy her place on the lake and we need to get up there as often as we can (about 75 miles from our primary residence). We have muskie in the backyard too (don't tell the kids or they won't swim there anymore). As far as body changes and losing weight, it seemed like I like lost lots of muscle mass coming down but now that I have stabilized getting much more muscle definition (pretty ripped for 50!).
