Central IL | I figure whomever has the first bid of that amount received the bid, and the other person sees they were outbid as first bidder already bid that amount, like a real auction. I'm sure goofy stuff happens on auction time but I doubt someone pushing you one bid at a time by discovering your bid. Maybe they were "protecting"(BS in my opinion) it till 25000 and were bidding one bid at a time. | |
