You can doubt all you want, it's sprouted. This shows your knowledge of wheat. A sprout does not mean like germinating out of the ground. The seed simply has to swell after it has dried down this happens when wheat is below 18 percent moisture and we were at 15 before this rain set in two weeks ago. The adjusters are done at work so it happening my friend. And as far as your rain makes grain comment every farmer on here knows when it's good for the crop or detrimental to it and as I type this a storm is Blowing up. So far 14 inches in two weeks, on mature wheat . Dont you blow smoke up my tail pipe buddy it's done.
