Shelburne Ontario Canada | Sorry to hear but ur internet connection needs some help ! I have bid at 3 seconds and it reset to 10 or 15 counted down and it was over the max bid i use it very lightly if u put a large max bid in any body can push it a bit for fun, after the 5 th bid and u still out bid u get real curious !! and go out of ur own comfort zone to see wat other bid is then wen it says u are tie bid u can stop !!
