Viewing a thread - Question on warranty replacement parts?

### Well they told me they ordered the part about 10 days ago and yesterday they dropped it off without telling me they were coming.. The trucker didn't know what they did but this morning after using it for less then a 1/2 hr it acted the same way as it did when they picked it up....
I called over and the service manager told me they did nothing to it as they couldn't get it to do what I said it was doing and what their own serviceman said it was doing.... He claimed if they change it out and Gehl says there is nothing wrong then "HE" an "I" would be having a discussion about paying for it... Needless to say I was PO-ed big time... (I usually don't get loud and didn't think I was but he asked me not to yell at him) Long story short now I have to take it back over and they are putting the part in... I told him I drove it up the road a mile, got a round bale, came back and had to switch my pallet forks on to move some seed, when I idled it down it started chattering and acted like the brake was locking up and making terrible cracking noises on the left side again... Well he asked me if I run it much at an idle speed while moving it.... (that sort of ticked me off more as I've had skid loaders for quite a while and I"m not an idiot) I told him of course not but I'm not going to have it revved up when sliding into a pallet and it shouldn't be doing that.. So now I have to waste a 1/2 day, take it over and while I"m there I will run it up and down the road, move some dirt and show them what it was doing because all he said they did was let it idle and then move some pallets and a few rocks each day over the past 10 days.... Gonna be an interesting trip to say the least...If it's not the drive they need to find out what it is as my extended warranty runs out in 3 weeks and I told him I"m not just going to wait until it gets worse and take a chance of getting shafted by them again...
Some days I tell ya~ But when a service manager or even a tech acts like your a freaking idiot it's not going to draw them any extra business that's for sure~
Sorry for the long rant.......
