NE CO | Yup, the wheat the past few weeks has been challenged. With all of the rain you would think we would be dancing in the streets. Last week's freeze damage is becoming more apparent as the wheat is starting to head out now. Also stripe rust is spreading in the fields. Mine is scheduled to be sprayed for rust within the next few days (if the weather clears enough for planes), but I am keeping an eye on the freeze damage and may cancel the spray. | |
