There is definitely some excellent advice given here and different ways of achieving your goal. Definitely moderation is a key for myself now.
I could sit down at night and watch tv and eat a whole big bag of potato chips, that's more calories than I'm supposed to have in a day now.
Popcorn (not perfect but better) or baby carrots I enjoy now.
For myself lunch is usually a bowl of soup and fruit. Supper is a bigger meal but portions are key as well. Deep fried usually means more calories
Veggies and fruits are very few calories
If you're like me and "need" that potato chip fix, there are baked versions that are around half the calories per serving.
It's definitely got to be a bit of a lifestyle change but it's possible.
Eating healthier is the key.
Before I started losing weight again I would have 2 or 3 pepcids a day for heartburn. I haven't had one this year yet And heartburn has never been an issue.
