| Dodgefarmboy - 5/12/2015 22:53 Thanks for the replies everyone I will start first with quitting soda and sugar treats like candy I will look up some basic easy to do at home workouts and look for some healthy alternatives for breakfast right now I have a pop tart or something similar. Baby steps and I think I'll get there!
Embrace eggs, bacon, butter, cream, veggies, to replace the sugar treats and you will get a long ways while still eating very satisfying food.
