| I have tried to do some research on this. Talked to John Deere with out much help. I was told some of the early hood were made from a soybeans product then changed later on to correct problems.
One person used 5003 R7
Another person used Xenon 1102 polycarbonate rod and he said it was still holding good.
Hope this helps and you have better luck than I have had trying to figure this out.
I checked all over the back of a hood but couldn't find any codes like other products have.
