People with money are funny. Sometimes it is all about the money and sometimes it is about what makes them feel good. Make them an offer that may benefit both of you, ie. structure the deal that may save them taxes or fees, if you know the house and property you are in a better position to buy it " as is " than anybody else. Offer them access at certain times of the year. Think what you can do to sweeten or finish the deal. Good luck, Ron
