I worked for IH in 1966-67. I remember a management sales meeting where the DSM was trying to increase sales. He was ranting and raving saying "You guys can sell tractors, planters and plows, why can't you sell combines?" I knew why, but being a young fresh out of college sales trainee, I did not have the guts to tell him.
