| We have three 855's all are the 400 BC. Love them to death. One I'm running right now for my water truck its a 88 IH 9300 straight piped with a Eaton fuller 9sp. Has a 3250 gallon water tank on it Love never out of power in the hills. Easy truck to run. That being said I've never ran a 3406 but I'm happy with my old 855s
