One of the things I test first on a new equipment purchase is clutch severity. My left leg as well as my knee is bigger than my right due to clutches . I had a ford f350 4x4 power stroke that in town my knee would kill me and even though I loved the rest of it the clutch killed me.
But just make sure you are getting enough water to start and see if that helps
