Mb
m18 fuel has a brushless motor. I used one daily for 4 years doing electrical work, it ran a 3/4" auger bit all the time and went through an average of 2 batteries a day. Drill never got hot and generally took a real beating. The trigger was what finally gave out on it, and dropping it in a puddle may have been a factor there. Overall an excellent tool and definitely worth the extra money if you want the power of a corded drill without the cord.
