The dollar is 6 points off its high, but even if it drops another 5 it will only be back to where it was at the beginning of the year which is still higher than its been
in 12-15 years.
The damage has been done as far as making us competitive in the export market, and is only 1 factor that matters only to US.
The availability of wheat worldwide compared to demand is a much larger issue.
