Lots of these bulbs are just like auto headlight bulbs. "IF" you touch them with bare hands our body oils will make lifetime VERY short.

Try either not handling them,,or if you have to,,,use very,,,no perfectly clean gloves or cloth material( a rag,,but clean ) antiseptic clean

Auto headlights dont last from noon to dinner if touched by even clean hands
