| Expand!! You are not listening to anyone ? If you have your own equipment go buy some land? No money go make some and then buy land - maybe your dad sees your not ready (not saying you aren't ) maybe he needs to see that you really want to farm. Not just whine about him not handing you a job? Work harder than all 3 of them - bosses notice that, I've always been the guy that wants to be at work first and leave last (don't make many friends that way) Saturday afternoon and it's raining and everyone's headed to the house - go clean the shop /organize tools/ change oil in things that get neglected pumps/ATVs/ that truck that only gets used for seed tending. Show them you want it and be patient... If in 5 years your treated like a red headed step child MOVE ON. Also did you pay for your education? Did you save money while you were in college so you could have a better start farming when you got out? | |
