Your father is being loyal to a good long time employee and you think its wrong? I am sure your Dad does like having someone who doesn't argue with his every move and that is willing to do what ever is asked of him, not just the "fun" farming part. Now if your father has promised to do something different prior and is not honoring his word to you, leave now and do your own thing.
