Remember it is their farm, and you work for them. It is really a test to see if you are willing to do whatever it takes to see the farm prosper and doing jobs for less pay than the hired hand. If you can work through this and get along, someday the farm might be yours not the hired hand. Wilson
I don't think that is it at all. I have never once complained about my pay up until now. It just doesn't feel right to me. Like I said the issue is my father, not my uncle. My uncle feels like I can do anything the hired man can do and he would rather pay me. My father on the other hand just seems to have an ego thing and feels important by ordering around the hired guy to help him with all kinds of things, many of which are not farm related. (That is how I see it atleast).
