I use 70$ an acre more to plant corn on corn than corn after soy.

More tillage, fertilizer, bug juice, and seed costs or yeild drag on coc if its cool and wet no matter the inputs listed above.

9.50 beans Dont look so bad.


Id lie if I said I'd rather grow soybeans.... Corn harvest gets blood flowing... Bean harvest, eh....

Years of corn are done here, rolling the dice on soy since the government (crop insurance)and markets are not supporting corn on corn on my numbers.

Sadly, I'd come out 30% better financially than anything if I got hailed out 100% come august....
