Looks like I am the only one planting more corn. Last year during planting NC beans were about $12.50 and this year they are about $9.50. NC corn is only about 40 or 50 cents lower now than it was last spring and NC beans about $3.00 lower. It seems to me like guys that were willing to plant corn last year should be planting just as much this year too. I do think that I have seem more wheat go in around me this year. We are not in a big wheat area, but there seems to be more this year than the last few years.
